Known All Men By These Presents: By virtue of enlistment in the U.S. Army Delayed Entry Program for training as Combat Engineer and having met the eligibility criteria for the new G.I Bill and New College Fund, is hereby qualified and entitled to earn up to 25,200 dollars for the furtherance of higher education.
